Shane was promoted from the Project Facilitator role where he focused primarily on smaller sized projects where he both managed and installed the project from start to finish. Throughout his time as Project Facilitator, Shane continually achieved outstanding performance results in managing and completing his projects with quality and excellence. 

Shane’s continued success proved to be the stepping stone to move into a Project Manager role, where he will focus more on the larger installation projects, allowing him to gain supervision and management experience within the Operations Department.
